Three grilled tiger prawns added to entrée selection. $10 per entrée.
Selection of meats, cheeses, crackers and accoutrement, serves two to four. Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
Each cake is specialty made by our pastry chef at our off-site kitchen. Cakes serve up to 4 people. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your cruise departure time.

Entrée are served with rosemary au gratin potatoes and roasted winter vegetables.
Herb Crusted Petite Beef Tender*
Spice crusted petite beef tender steak, cooked to medium-rare. Topped with caramelized shallots & red wine
Alaskan cod fillet oven baked in tomatoes, onions and parsley, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
Golden pan-fried chicken breast topped with mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce
Ratatouille Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Vegetarian/Vegan Entrée)
Cabbage stuffed with zucchini, yellow squash eggplant and tomato.
House-made sponge cake, layered with cream cheese and espresso filling, drizzled with coffee liqueur.
Seasonal and local ingredients used when applicable. Some menu options may be altered to fit dietary needs. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.
