Three grilled tiger prawns added to entrée selection. $10 per entrée.
Selection of meats, cheeses, crackers and accoutrement, serves two to four. Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
Personalized Celebration Cake
Each cake is specialty made by our pastry chef at our off-site kitchen. Cakes serve up to 4 people. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your cruise departure time.

Summer Dinner Menu (August & September)
Greek Salad & Freshly Baked Rolls
Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, red wine vinaigrette. Served with freshly baked rolls and butter.
Main Course - Your choice of Entrée
Served with Roasted Summer Vegetables and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.
Montreal Seasoned Beef Coulotte*
Beef Coulotte (top sirloin) cooked to medium-rare, rubbed in house Montreal seasoning topped rosemary espagnole sauce.
Wild Alaskan Salmon*
Roasted Wild Alaskan Salmon topped dill butter and garnish with fresh lemon.
Chicken breast topped with a hearty roasted mushroom, tomato, and garlic sauce
Tofu Tikka Masala (Vegan/Vegetarian Meal)
Sautéed marinated tofu tossed in house curry.
Key Lime Pie
House key lime pie topped with fresh berries.
