Glide down the Columbia River while enjoying a buffet lunch and an afternoon river cruise. Soak up views of local birdlife, occasional deer, and eagles aboard the Chrysalis.

Each cake is specialty made by our pastry chef at our off-site kitchen. Cakes serve up to 4 people. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your cruise departure time.

Plated Lunch Menu (October - November)

1st Course - Seasonal Salad 

Served with freshly baked rolls and herbed butter. Gluten free bread available upon request. 


2nd Course - Roasted Chicken Breast
Topped with Red Pepper and Garlic Cream Sauce. Served with oven roasted Summer Squash and Lemon Parsley Wild Rice. 


Spiced Chickpea Hash with Broccoli and Spinach (Vegetarian / Vegan)
