Health & Safety Measures
March 2020 UPDATE:
Since 2016, Water2Wine Cruises has made the health and safety of our guests and crew members our top priority. We have created plan of procedures that will allow us to assure your safety and enjoyment on board. These changes are needed as we work to exceed the guidelines set by local health authority.
Guest Wellness Checks – Guests will be asked to abide by self-screening protocols about current symptoms and recent exposure to COVID-19 prior to cruising. We will be glad to rebook your cruise for you if you or anyone in your group is experiencing sickness of any kind.

Crew Wellness Checks – We require temperature checks of all crew and a screening before entering the property. Those who don’t pass will not be permitted to work. Crew members will be equipped with appropriate PPE, trained on new procedures, and take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment for you.

Sanitation Station – Hand sanitation station will be available before boarding and departure. All public surfaces will be frequently sanitized throughout the cruise by our crew.

Capacity Limitations – Vessel capacity and table party sizes will be limited to no more than the established “maximums approved” by local and state public health authorities.

Social Distancing – We are in this together and maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect. With this we ask everyone on property to follow social distancing rules by keeping at least three feet between each other or groups. Onboard dining floor plans have been updated with redesign of seating arrangements to ensure at least three feet of separation between each seated group.

Menus – We have all the info you need at your fingertips, but without the touch. Menus will be available on your table through QR codes. Single use menus will also be available.

We appreciate your support and understanding. We’re continuing to closely follow all government-mandated safety measures and all related updates.

Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns and let us know how we can make your cruise with us an enjoyable one.
