Frequently Asked Questions / COVID-19 Cruise Cancellation
Public Cruise FAQs
Question: Why are you cancelling your Public Cruises through the June 1st?
Answer: In response to Governor Inslee’s announcement of the temporary order to shutdown restaurants and recreational facilities statewide and “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order due to the coronavirus, Water2Wine Cruises has decide to put a pause on all cruises for the safety of our guest and crew.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will resume cruising as soon as it is safe and approved by the State of Washington. Right now, we anticipate cruises to start on June 1, 2020. We will keep you updated.
Question: What does this mean if a Public Cruise I have tickets for was cancelled?
Answer: For those of your already booked a cruise with us, we are more than happy to reschedule your reservation on a cruise of your choice at a later date. Please visit our Cruise Calendar for available dates. If you are unable to rebook at this time, we will issue you an online gift certificate that can be redeemed on any future cruise. Gift certificates never expire and will be sent via email.
For those booked on Snake River Lock Cruise, we will be rescheduling Snake River Lock Cruise for some time in June - September 2020. Dates and times will be announced soon.
