Public Cruise FAQs

Question: Why are you cancelling your Public Cruises through the June 1st?

Answer: In response to Governor Inslee’s announcement of the temporary order to shutdown restaurants and recreational facilities statewide and “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order due to the coronavirus, Water2Wine Cruises has decide to put a pause on all cruises for the safety of our guest and crew.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will resume cruising as soon as it is safe and approved by the State of Washington. Right now, we anticipate cruises to start on June 1, 2020. We will keep you updated.

Question: What does this mean if a Public Cruise I have tickets for was cancelled?

Answer: For those of your already booked a cruise with us, we are more than happy to reschedule your reservation on a cruise of your choice at a later date. Please visit our Cruise Calendar for available dates. If you are unable to rebook at this time, we will issue you an online gift certificate that can be redeemed on any future cruise. Gift certificates never expire and will be sent via email.

For those booked on Snake River Lock Cruise, we will be rescheduling Snake River Lock Cruise for some time in June - September 2020. Dates and times will be announced soon.

Question: I keep calling your office and am having a hard time getting through. Is your office still open during this time?

Answer: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our small office staff is working limited hours during this time. We’re doing our best to keep an open line of communication. If you’re trying to reach us during our business hours and we don’t answer right away, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are also available via email at sail@Water2WineCruises.com. Please make sure to include your confirmation number in your email.

Question: Will you offer refunds on Public Cruise Tickets?

For those of your already booked a cruise with us, we are more than happy to reschedule your reservation on a cruise of your choice at a later date. Question: What if I want to book a cruise for a future date?

Question: Can I still buy a gift certificate?

Answer: Yes, absolutely! During this time, we are running two gift certificate specials spend $75, get $100 value and spend $150, get $175 value!

You can purchase our gift certificates here. Gift certificate can be applied towards the purchase of tickets for any Water2Wine cruise. You can redeem your gift certificate through our Booking Website / Cruise Calendar. Please note when booking online, a gift certificate can only apply to a single purchase. For multiple use, please book over the phone 509-578-1717.

Private Charter FAQs

Question: What happens if I choose to cancel my Private Charter?

Answer: Any cancellation will be subject to the “W2W Charter Conditions” on your signed charter contract. If you have any questions please contact our Event Coordinator, Kylie Nagle, via email Kylie@Water2WineCruises.com.

Question: What if I wanted to book a Private Charter for a future date?

Answer: We are continuing to book Private Charters for dates after May 5th. Please visit our “Request A Quote” page on our website. Please fill out this form and we will contact you within two business days.
